Sam concentrates his practice on business transactions, real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, trust administration, and environmental law. Sam counsels corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in business formation and continues to work alongside the company to ensure its continued best business practices. Out of law school Sam accepted a position as a staff attorney for the Illinois Speaker of the House during the 2013 legislative session. In that role, he worked closely with a number of elected officials and advocacy groups, specifically in the areas of employment and environmental law. He drafted legislation and helped Sponsoring Representatives debate their merits on the House floor, answering questions posed by their colleagues.
Sam earned his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2012 and his B.A. in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008.
